An addictive olive oil-rich, savory flatbread!

I’ve been exploring what to make with Zaatar, since recently becoming familiar and this recipe was so easy and sooo good. Mine turned out a little bit lumpy and similar texture to a biscuit. I’m not sure if that’s how they are traditionally but they were still amazing!
